Fitzgibbon Hospital is a non‑profit community hospital located in Marshall, MO. We are seeking a self‑driven, compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) unit. The role requires a focus on patient comfort and safety, along with collaboration with nurses and physicians.

• Assist nurses with patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Perform basic medical procedures such as vital sign monitoring, charting, and specimen collection.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and provide bedside support 24/7.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.

• 72 hours every 2 weeks.
• 7 pm–7 am (Night shift).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Missouri CNA license or scheduled to complete the first three months in an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification (preferred).
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
