1st Shift Entry Level Processor

Processor – Production Department – 1st Shift – Conagra Brands – Marshall, MO

Conagra Brands is seeking qualified individuals to fill entry level openings in the production department for 1st shift. Reporting to Production Supervisors, you will work on-site at one of Conagra’s largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees. Anticipated close date:
February 6, 2026.

Location:

Marshall, Missouri.

6:00 AM–3:00 PM. Hourly Rate: $20.27 an hour. Overtime eligibility based on business needs.

• Assist on automated production lines to transfer food products and inspect finished goods.
• Ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are maintained across all products.
• Stand for extended periods of time and handle, grasp, and reach for products as required.
• Work with production supervisors and team members to achieve production goals and maintain safety.

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass a background screening process and complete a post‑offer drug screen.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no employer sponsorship required.
