Shift Supervisor – Fitzgibbon Hospital

Full‑time Shift Supervisor position.

Location:

Fitzgibbon Hospital – 2305 South Highway 65, Marshall, MO 65340. Applications accepted online only.

Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience required.

Pay Range: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
