Fairway Management seeks roaming Maintenance Technicians to support regional properties, performing routine maintenance, carpentry, painting, and system repairs. You will travel across the Chillicothe, Marshall, Macon, Kirksville area and ensure timely unit turns and curb appeal.
Responsibilities include inspections, OSHA/EPA compliance, after-hours on-call, and coordinating with property staff. Must have HVAC knowledge and the ability to lift 55 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
