Shipping Clerk 3rd Shift

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $21.37 an hour + $.75 shift differential

Conagra Brands - Marshall, MO is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work #LI-Onsite at the Marshall, MO manufacturing plant. We are hiring a Shipping Clerk 3rd shift. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and join a team of 850.Coordinate trucks and trailers to the dock to meet scheduled appointment times.

Communicate with over-the-road drivers and supervisors. Monitor efficient flow of order fill and shipment, product receipt and put away. You will report to the Shipping Manager.

• Assign dock doors for drop trailers and carriers arriving for pick-up and delivery.
• Periodic checks of parked trailers for cleanliness, trailer jacks, and drop lot space
• Verify completed paperwork of both, inbound/outbound traffic ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Audit all loads for proper case counts/items ordered/case condition/pallets. Verify accuracy of all paperwork and shipping documents.
• Verify and document all customer/carrier returns to ensure that each contains complete information
• Assume management of warehouse during the absence of the DC Supervisor.
• Familiarization with basic trailer parameters-size/load weight distribution/loading patterns.
• You Will work overtime.

• High School Diploma
• 2 years' experience in Transportation/Distribution environment
• Experience with SAP, Red Prairie, Warehouse Management System
• Previous experience in food manufacturing/shipping and refrigerated shipments
