Global Procurement Lead

We are working alongside a global leader in commercial real estate services and FM, a firm who partner some of the world’s largest organisations, delivering first class, integrated Facilities Management solutions. We are looking for a Procurement Professional to join a dynamic and dedicated International Leadership team

The principle purpose of the Global Procurement (Facilities Management services) Lead is to oversee all Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Performance activities of Client-lead supplier spend.

The Global Procurement Lead will be accountable for the development of

• Client Supplier Management strategies, executing the Supply Chain and service line strategies
• Managing, monitoring and evaluating the success of the procurement and supply chain management activities including managing supplier relationships
• Performance management and continuous improvement, service line risk management, and issue resolution.
• Work with the operations and supplier teams to drive continued financial savings and value-add services. The client will act as the daily point of contact on all financial and commercial issues.

• Procurement Management- Leads and acts as the senior subject matter expert on all procurement, supplier and commercial issues
• Sourcing and Procurement- Source the appropriate supply chain through the supplier vetting process and authenticate the exempt supplier list ensuring that supply chain sourcing is structured to meet stakeholder requirements
• Supplier Management (including Supplier Relationship Management- Support in the management of strategic supplier relationships to meet procurement and Client objectives
• General Responsibilities – Compliance with global and local procurement and supply chain governance including policies, processes, procedures and systems

• Relevant FM and/or Services procurement experience
• Exposure and experience of International supply chains
• Professionally qualified
• Ideally located in France but we would be interested in hearing from candidates based in other European locations
