Overview

We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality, exceptional people skills and a positive attitude.

As a Domino's Pizza CSR, you are the first contact with every Customer who calls our stores. Your professionalism and optimism is vital to creating a pleasant experience for Customers. As a CSR you will receive training on our computer system and will gain confidence through working with Customers. Plus, we offer flexible hours. Starting @ $10-$13 Based on experience.

• Operate all equipment as required.
• Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone and internet orders.
• Count inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and convey information clearly to customers and co-workers.
• Willingness to learn the computer system and processes.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
