** Qualifications

* ** Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field
* 3–5 years of progressive experience in student conduct, student affairs, or related area
* Strong knowledge of student conduct practices, due process, and higher education regulations
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion--
- ** Preferred
* ** Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field
* Experience working in an HBCU or mission-driven educational environment
* Familiarity with restorative justice models and student development theory--
- ** Core Competencies
*** Integrity and sound judgment
* Cultural competence and student-centered mindset
* Conflict resolution and investigative skills
* Strong communication (written and verbal)
* Ability to balance accountability with empathy
