Project Coordinator

Full-Time

• Be the Liaison between the company and the client during project execution
• Oversee the safe and efficient execution of projects in the field to ensure schedules and plans are followed
• Develop/Update project schedules as required
• Send out daily project update reports to the client
• Ensure all project costs are captured and the submitted budget is maintained
• Assist with developing quotes for various projects as required
• Develop project methodology statements and execution plans as required
• Ensure manpower plans are adhered to
• Ensure the supervisors, general foreman and superintendent are aware of the daily planned activities
• Attend morning kick off meetings with the crew.

• Engineering Degree, Engineering Technology diploma, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• Applicants must have excellent mechanical aptitude. Relevant experience in a mechanical field would be an asset
• Strong leadership, organization, and communications skills
• A knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project, would be an asset.

The Project Coordinator will be required to work in an industrial environment, which may include working at heights, dirty/dusty and noisy environments, and confined spaces. All site-specific training will be provided.
