Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is actively seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in providing technical support for DCS's field operations while contributing to the continued growth of our dry friction reducer delivery program, DriFlowTM. We are searching for a dynamic individual who is highly self‑motivated and eager to thrive as an engineer.

Schedule10 days on 4 days off or 2 weeks on 1 week off
As an Operations Engineer at DCS, you will embark on a unique rotational development program spanning 6 months. This program was created to accelerate the speed at which a new engineer becomes familiar with DCS. During this program, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, gaining invaluable exposure to our company's operations and business processes. These roles include but are not limited to:
Development Program Roles- Operator – front line, hands‑on experience with equipment and processes in the field.
- Electronics Technician – technical aspects of operations, ensuring seamless function of electronic systems.
- Field Coordinator – manage and coordinate field activities, fostering strong communication.
- Facility Coordinator – inventory management and loading bulk products for field delivery.
- Remote Operations Center Coordinator – monitor and support operations remotely using cutting‑edge technology.
Upon successful completion, you will transition into the role of an Operations Engineer I, where you will continue to contribute to the growth and success of DCS. This role offers the potential for long‑term career growth and advancement within our organization.
Requirements- Bachelor of Science in petroleum, mechanical, or chemical engineering from an accredited university.
- Willingness to relocate to Marshall, TX and to travel across the U.S. to support DCS operations.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously alongside other engineers and field personnel.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Minimal experience required. Ideally 1–2 years field experience, internship, or similar.
