Workday Student Information System Analyst
Texas State Technical College is seeking a Workday Student Information System Analyst to support and enhance our Workday Student system. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and configuration to improve enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support configuration and maintenance of Workday Student modules:
Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising. - Test system changes, implement updates, and maintain business process and configuration documentation.
- Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance in Workday.
- Create and run basic to intermediate Workday Student reports and dashboards; assist in data analysis for enrollment metrics and ad‑hoc requests.
- Respond to and solve routine system issues and service requests; escalating complex issues as needed.
- Provide general support and training to enrollment team members and end users.
- Develop user guides and training materials for Workday Student adoption.
- Collaborate with enrollment stakeholders to understand process needs and support configuration; participate in improvement projects.
- 2–3 years of enrollment technology support experience, preferably with Workday.
- Familiarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning reporting tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to multiple Workday Student modules:
Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising. - Workday certification or progress toward Workday Pro certification.
- Admissions Guidance – Explains admissions steps clearly to students and families.
- Information Tracking – Accurately tracks student information in systems.
- Application Follow‑Up – Follows up with students to complete applications.
- Interdepartmental Coordination – Coordinates with other departments to resolve enrollment barriers.
- Student Interaction – Maintains a friendly, helpful tone in all student interactions.
Salary range: $64,525 – $74,203 annually. Final offer based on qualifications and experience. Position requires on‑campus presence.
