The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and timely.
• Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store during shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
