At JR Snider, being a Septic & Drain Specialist means delivering safe, expert, and respectful service every time. You'll work directly with homeowners and team members to solve complex drainage and septic issues while upholding our values:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair residential septic systems (tanks, pumps, drainage fields)
- Diagnose system issues and explain solutions with professionalism and confidence
- Perform full installations, including excavation, equipment setup, and final hookups
- Use tools such as drain cameras, jetters, mini-excavators, and locators
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and service logs
- Follow safety protocols and site standards at all times
- Collaborate with inspectors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth job completion
- 3+ years of septic system experience (maintenance, repair, and installation)
- Licenses/certifications in plumbing, wastewater, or drain services (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of septic systems, pumps, drainage, filters, and local codes
- Proficiency with jetting machines, excavators, and locating equipment
- Clear, customer-friendly communication skills
- Ability to read maps, navigate rural and urban job sites, and work efficiently
- Physically able to lift 80 lbs and perform outdoor labor-intensive work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Team mindset with initiative and a desire to lead when needed
