Job Responsibilities:
Operations

Ensuring the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the airport and staging site.

Provide information and assistance to passengers/guests regarding directions and airport facilities.

Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, pedestrians and team members to facilitate safety and efficiency.

Monitor and control access points to restricted zones, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter.

Ensuring that drivers and passengers adhere to health and safety regulations on-site.

Guiding guests and passengers towards the assigned vehicles.

Direct and control vehicular and pedestrian traffic at airport, load zone or curbsides.

Crowd management near Arrival and departure area.

Communicating effectively with site personnel and management (Airport Operational Control Center – AOCC).Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation

Checking and maintaining all traffic control equipment (Radios, Traffic Wand).Set up and maintain traffic cones, barrels, warning signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices (if required).

Communicate with drivers using hands signals or two-way radios to ensure smooth traffic flow.

Monitor work zones for safety hazards and potential problems such as stalled vehicles or debris in the road.

Reporting any incidents or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with airport security, ground staff, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive operations.

Undertake other tasks and assignments related to the job and as assigned

Job Requirements:
Qualifications &

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years experience within the GCC is preferable

Experience in the Airport or Transportation industry related to traffic management, security or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Technology savy with good command over MS Office Suit.

Skills:Excellent customer service skills

Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions

High energy and passion for interaction with people

Must be able to multi-tasking in a fast pace, high volume, environment

Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with independence

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate based on needs of VIP chauffeur driver

Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information

Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues

Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve variety of problems
