Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient

Location: 55 Unity Point Way, Suite 70, Marshalltown, IA 50158

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, hours between 7am‑6pm

Compensation: $27/hr and up, plus incentives including up to a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and/or $200/month in uncapped student debt relief.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as mandated by the State Practice Act.
• Implement high‑quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, consistent with physical therapy principles and Select Medical policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, enhancing and expanding client relations.

Qualifications:

• College graduate from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed CAPTE national examination for PTAs.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.
• Licensed PTA; ability to work under PT supervision.
