Job Overview
Looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and focused individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills who excels in time management, multi‑tasking, and a fast‑paced environment. This employee will manage all front desk operations, including phones, scheduling, insurance verifications, faxing/scanning, quality assurance, cleaning/sanitizing, assisting with laundry, and patient aide work as appropriate.

6:45 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation:
Hourly Rate $18.00 – $20.00/hour based on experience

- Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment as they check out
- Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
- Collect co‑pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
- Maintain regular communication with parties such as therapists, insurance companies, attorney offices, translation agencies, market operational leaders and the business development team
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Insurance Verification Experience
- Health Care Experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co‑workers and patients
- Ability to multi‑task phone, computer, and in‑person interactions
- Ability to use computer scheduling software (with appropriate training)
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written direction
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions
- Appropriate manual dexterity to enable typing (including 10‑key) and mouse use throughout a work day/shift
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout a work day/shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, safely, from ground to waist using proper body mechanics
- Ability to carry office supplies up to 10 lbs
