Full-Time | Monday–Friday Type:Direct Hire | Permanent Placement About the Facility: Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Marshalltown, IAknown for providing high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have access to strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment where your professional growth is encouraged.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated rate range. ≈$42-47/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current
IA SLP license
(or eligibility) - CCC-SLP preferred
