Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the technical needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have problem‑solving skills, proactive communication, and a customer‑focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Devising and executing solutions for workstation hardware and software issues
• Assisting with the installation and support of new and upgraded hardware and software
• Ensuring the integrity and optimal operation of hardware and software systems
• Recommending, implementing, and documenting new hardware and software solutions to enhance user experience
• Managing software inventory, licensing, and creating policies for upgrades

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer‑related field
• Three to five years of experience supporting PC and laptop hardware and software
• Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
• Customer service‑oriented with proactive problem‑solving skills
• Professional certifications such as HDI, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
