GENERAL DUTIES:
Support the production activities in the department.

RESPONSIBLE TO:
Production Supervisor.

ORGANIZATIONAL:
This person works with the Department Supervisor RELATIONSHIP: to help complete production work.

• Perform production tasks.
• Serve on interest groups and assigned teams to help carry out MIW's Mission Statement and Focus on Success.
• Has no assigned supervisory duties.

• Assist in production layouts.
• Performing production tasks as needed to support delivery schedules.
• Ensure quality control standards are met.
• Train to operate forklift and/or skid loader.
• Perform assigned supervisory duties when Supervisor is absent.
• Serve as a member of the Strategies Committee.

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well…both in writing and orally.
• Ability to organize data and manage time Effectively.
• Ability to work well with others.
• If duties include operating forklift and/or skid loader must complete MIW training certificate program.
• Physically capable of bending and lifting with no physical restrictions.
• Employees are prohibited from using or being under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs at the work place.
• Must not have been convicted of a crime involving sexual or physical abuse. This will be asked at job interview.

PAY: $12-$15 an hour plus benefits.
