Registered Nurse Veterans

We are offering a full-time RN position at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown, Iowa, with a starting hourly rate of $33.52. Enjoy flexible scheduling with extended shifts and weekend package options, including retention payments up to $8,000.

Recruitment Incentive: Receive a $3,000 payment: $1,500 at start and $1,500 after six months.

Weekend package shifts offer retention bonuses up to $8, paid over 26 pay periods, with a minimum of 32 hours worked each weekend. Lodging and meals are available upon request.

• Lead a direct care team, including Resident Aides, CNAs, Medication Aides, and LPNs
