Registered Nurse - Part Time - Veterans

We are offering a recruitment payment of $1500 for part-time positions at the Iowa Veterans Home, located in Marshalltown, Iowa. The position starts at $33.52 per hour.

Shift Details:

• 8-hour evening shift (2 P.M. – 10:30 P.M.)
• Working 5 days every two weeks with every third weekend off
• Weekend package shift options with retention payments up to $4,000, paid out over 26 pay periods
• Lodging and meals available upon request

Position Overview:

We are seeking caring and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. As an RN, you will lead a direct care team, manage treatments for residents, monitor resident health, and act as a role model for team members including Resident Aides, CNAs, Medication Aides, and LPNs.

Requirements:

Applicants must pass a criminal background check and dependent adult and child abuse checks. Must hold licensure as a Registered Nurse in Iowa or be licensed under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
