Starting pay: $33.52/hour

What You’ll Do- Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
- Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, Medication Aides, and LPNs.
- Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.
Evening Shift: 10 hour shifts (12:00 p.m.
- 10:30 p.m.), 1 out of 3 weekends.
Day/Eve extended shifts: 14‑hour shifts (6:00 a.m.‑8:30 p.m.) 1 out of 3 weekends.
Weekend Package
Shifts:
(6 a.m.‑8:30 p.m.) Applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and will be paid a lump‑sum of $8,000 in retention payments, paid out over 26 pay periods. Must work a total of 40 hours per week. Lodging and meals are available upon request.

Monthly optional Medical Insurance Premium (Iowa Choice*) for 2025:
Single: $64/mo = employee share; $836/mo = state share. Family: $210/mo = employee share; $1,896/mo = state share.
