Care Initiatives is hiring a Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) for our Southridge Specialty Care, an 82‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing community located in Marshalltown, IA. This full‑time position offers a comprehensive, compassionate role where you will provide essential nursing care to residents throughout their healthcare journey.

• Valid RN license in good standing; license must be valid within the state of Iowa or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR certification.
