Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking MS LPN/LVN for travel / contract position in Marshalltown,IA . Accepting both local and traveler candidates. Travelers must reside 60+ outside of the facility location

Pay Rate:

Range $1332 to $1512 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Med Surg

Shift:
12 Hours;
Nights, 7p-7.30a

Schedule: 36 hours / week, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

Position Requirements:

• LPN/LVN experience: 2 years - Required
• Med Surg experience:
  
  Recent/Current 2 years – Required
• Hospital experience strong encouraged
• Epic experience – Preferred
• Prior Travel Nursing experience –Highly preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• LPN License for State of IA or Compact - Required
• BLS and ACLS Certifications from AHA
  - Required

Job Description:

• Provide complete nursing care for patient in the assigned units (med/surg) under RN or Nurse Manager's supervision
• As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skillsin the provision and management of care to patients through the application ofthe nursing process.
