Flexible scheduling with extended shifts available

• 14-hours shifts (6 a.m.
  
  - 8:30 p.m.) working 1 out of 3 weekends
• 10-hours on evening shift (12 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.); working 1 out of 3 weekends
• Weekend package shifts 6 a.m.
  
  -8:30 p.m. options are available with retention payments up to $8,000. (Applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will be paid a lump-sum of $8,000, paid out over 26 pay periods. Must work a total of 40 hours per week. Lodging and meals are available upon request.

As a LPN at IVH, you will serve as the leader of a direct care team:

• Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
• Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
• Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.
