• Assist engineers by testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process.
• Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain the quality and reliability of products.
• Perform destructive and nondestructive tests, and quality‑control inspections during manufacture.
• Inspect materials, parts, and products at different production stages; record observations and recommend process improvements.
• Work in incoming material, process control, product evaluation, inventory control, product reliability, or research and development areas.

• Two‑year degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of testing methods, problem identification, and awareness of potential problems.
• Mastery of basic statistical calculations.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and pc‑dmis.

This is a salaried, non‑exempt role. Salary range: $48,000 – $63,000 annually.
