The RoleAre you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive off of "the hunt" for new business, closing deals, and maintaining relationships after the sale? If so, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance (base pay plus commission), business-to-business, outside sales role by growing current customers and creating new ones through promoting our products and services.

- Enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships
- Believe in and promote our entire product line
- Understand basic selling concepts
- Drive growth of NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits
- Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers
- Collaborate with store managers to increase sales and develop leads
- Identify customer needs and align solutions
- Work with manufacturer reps to improve offerings and customer knowledge
- Engage customers through NAPA's eSales programs
- Conduct seminars and presentations on NAPA products
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
- Experience in retail or outside sales
- 2+ years in a customer-focused, quota-driven environment
- Basic selling skills and presentation abilities
- Valid driver’s license with minimal violations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Automotive industry background
- Base salary plus commission
