Our Customer Success team is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join the effort in supporting our internationally recognized construction tools and equipment brand. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business management or general business. Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus. This person will be a jack-of-all trades and able to address challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing electrical and some mechanical installations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of processing equipment and robotic systems.
Installs, maintains and repairs electrical systems such as switch gears, motor controls, electrical panels, lighting and power supplies
Inspecting systems, equipment or components to identify hazards or defects
Strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, NFPA 70E electrical safety rules, and local or National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
Maintains and troubleshoots production and non-production equipment including presses, grinders, polishers, lathes, mills, lift trucks
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, prints, schematics and troubleshooting guides and read precision instruments such as micrometers and dial indicators
Assist in the design of electrical and mechanical systems
Qualifications:
Iowa electrical license preferred
Position requires the ability to lift, lower, bend, reach, grasp, carry, slide, move and identify parts, supplies and tools and may require the physical ability to lift, carry push or pull up to 60 pounds unassisted
Willingness to accept other duties, positions, functions and responsibilities not listed above as required, within reason.
40 hours per week (overtime very rare)
