This is an on-site, full-time role located in Marshfield, MA for an Experienced Construction Billing Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing construction billing functions, preparing and submitting invoices, tracking accounts receivable, and ensuring timely payments. Duties will also include financial reporting, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with project managers or external stakeholders to expedite the billing process.

• Strong knowledge and skills in construction billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking
• Experience with financial reporting, record management, and billing compliance processes
• Proficiency in accounting software, computer skills, and working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external clients
• Previous experience in construction billing or a related field is a plus
• Associates' or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
