Clubhouse Staff

Job Purpose:

- The Clubhouse Staff at the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is responsible for creating a safe, clean, and engaging environment for members and guests. This role involves facilitating after-school and out-of-school youth programs, managing celebrations and private rentals, and maintaining the club facilities. The position requires a commitment to youth engagement and customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate after-school and out-of-school youth programs, providing a fun and educational experience for participants.

- Coordinate celebrations, including birthday parties and other private rentals, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

- Manage the welcome desk, greeting members and guests with professionalism and warmth.

- Maintain club facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, and conducive to fun activities for members and guests.

- Engage with youth effectively, fostering a positive environment and promoting participation in club activities.

- Demonstrate timeliness and reliability in all aspects of the role, ensuring consistent and dependable service.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Exhibit a can-do attitude, contributing positively to the team and club operations.

Required

Education:

- High School Diploma or GED/HSE

Preferred Education:

- College degree preferred

Required Experience:

- Experience in maintaining facilities for safety, cleanliness, and fun
- Experience in customer service roles

Preferred Experience:

- Background in youth engagement or serving
