Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser Floater, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support teammates with seasonal resets and installations. You may also work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

Salary and Schedule Details

• Your starting pay will be between $16.25 and $16.50 per hour, depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are 4–8 per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays—including weekends—is required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory in various retail stores. Engage with store employees, management, and customers professionally.
• Holiday support:
  Provide additional services during high‑traffic holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May work on the holiday itself or weekends.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures and product displays as assigned.
• Team support:
  Assist other merchandisers as needed across territories.

Physical Requirements

This is physically demanding. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs continuously and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Work includes kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device for documentation.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.
• Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.
