Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser – Mondelēz International

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining and changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and many others.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to deliver efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, based on experience.
• 401(k) savings plan.

• At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Willingness to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical demands (lifting up to 25 lb routinely, occasional 50 lb).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Plymouth, MA (secondary locations include Cohasset, Hanover, Weymouth, Quincy, Marshfield, Kingston, Hingham, MA).
• Schedule availability required;
  Saturdays are a must.
