** Marshfield Medical Center - Marshfield*
* ** in Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE Dermatology Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon to join its well established and busy practice.
**** The position includes:
*** Full-time Mohs surgery with 4-day work weeks!
* A state-of-the-art histotechnology lab with 2 full-time highly experienced histotechs creates high-quality slides.
* 3 full-time surgical tech staff that have 5+ years of experience with no turnover
* 4 full-size surgical suites and 1 smaller surgical suite
* State-of-the-art instruments and a smooth ordering system for supplies
* Built-in referral base from dermatology providers
* Control over daily case volume and reconstruction. At least 1500+ cases a year.
* Excellent collegial support from otolaryngology, plastic surgery, and oculoplastic surgery when needed.
* Opportunity to teach dermatology residents rotating in the clinic
* Ample opportunity and funding for clinical research, if interested
** Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1

Bs (cap exempt organization).*
* ** Compensation and Benefits
*** Compensation floor of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
* In addition, a $250,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
* 4 weeks of vacation
* CME annual allowance
