Physician - Anesthesia

Overview

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join an established Department of Anesthesia. The ideal candidate will provide anesthesia coverage, including medical direction to CRNAs, regional anesthesia, OB, and invasive monitoring. Support surgical services at a level II trauma center in a rural setting, with all cases except transplants. Pediatric and cardiac cases are covered by fellowship-trained anesthesiologists.

Bs (cap exempt organization).

• Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
• Up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (subject to a contractual agreement)
• 188 working days per year
• CME annual allowance
• Health, dental, life, disability, and occurrence-based malpractice insurance
• Relocation support
