Urology Physician

• Schedule: Two weeks per month; 8am-5pm clinic hours, may need to be on site earlier for surgery
• Job Setting: 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures/surgeries; 16-20 patient encounters per shift
• Types of Cases: Clinic and call coverage; typical procedures include cystoscopy, stent placement/removal, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, bladder installation. Must be willing to treat pediatric testicular torsion patients and some pediatric urology patients that present to the ER
• Credentialing: 60 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum
• Certifications: BLS
• Licensure: Wisconsin license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Specialty Skills Required: General Urology (Adult), Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures
• Specialty Skills Preferred: Pediatric Urology, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Robotic partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound, Adrenalectomy, Renal and bladder u/s with biopsy, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

• Equipment available: X-ray, cystoscopes, rigid scope, bladder scanner, Trus
• Trauma Level: 2
• Pediatric Level: 2
• Must utilize "real time" Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS
