Starting pay up to $18/hr based on experience, starting at age 16. No experience or certifications needed and we’re hiring immediately. This is a healthcare organization seeking caring individuals to make a difference by helping people who need assistance.

• Hands on Caregiving: provide direct care support to our members with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene) as outlined by the individual service plan.
• Assist with mobility devices and practice safe transfer and ambulation techniques (as in assisted living facilities).
• Teach and guide members in achieving hopes, dreams, goals and objectives through self-direction, decision making, and goal setting.
• Complete all applicable documentation related to assigned tasks.
• Welcoming Home: maintain a safe, sanitary and welcoming group home; perform housekeeping (vacuuming, trash, bathroom cleaning, dusting, making beds, changing linens) and laundry.
• Prepare and serve meals by following general nutritional guidelines, menus, and individual dietary restrictions/needs/preferences to ensure consumer health.
• Support community activities: assist, escort, and provide physical and other assistance needed during social and recreational activities.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• People person with strong customer service orientation.
• Hands-on caregiving experience; personal care work (PCW) preferred.
• Desire to be involved in human services and make a difference.
• Compassionate and committed to helping others in our communities.
