Hello, I'm an adult living in Marshfield, WI area, and I'm seeking an experienced CNA or a retired medical professional who is looking for meaningful, one-on-one care work. I have an immediate opening for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support me in my home. Community Horizons is assisting me with the recruitment process for this self-directed care opportunity. If you're looking for less stress, flexible scheduling, and no forced shifts, this could be an excellent fit.

Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, every other weekend. A weekday day‑shift backup position is also available.

$20 per hour.

• Provide hands‑on personal care.
• Catheter and bowel program care (manual removal).
• Manual transfers and mobility assistance.
• Wound and skin care.
• Light housekeeping.
• Range of motion exercises.
• Medication reminders.

• Minimum age 18+.
• Current CNA certification.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to pass a caregiver background check.
• Reliable transportation (with a backup plan).
• Dependable, energetic, self‑motivated, and organized.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
