Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent home health experience for a day shift Home Health PT assignment.

• Home health setting with a focus on geriatric patients
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the office, flexibility required
• Average caseload is 5-7 patients per day
• Uses HCHB EMR system and Oasis documentation, experience in both is required
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 17:00
• On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
• iPad provided for documentation
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Main duties include evaluating and treating geriatric patients in their homes
• Position requires flexibility with patient territory assignments
• Scrubs of any color are required; jeans are not permitted
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Mileage reimbursement provided for work travel within the assigned territory
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with Oasis and HCHB EMR required
• Valid PT license required if applicable
• Ability to manage timely documentation and effective communication
