Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs/week, plus call Length:

13 Weeks
Rotating day off. Will consider 5- 8s 7-330.

Weeknight and weekend call rotation. Approx once every 3 weekdays. Weekend rotation, once every 3 weekends. Fri
- Mon.
Requirements:

WI license
2 years' experience
AHA BLS
RCIS
ARRT
Other Details:

Must be living within 80 miles of the facility
EMR/Equipment:
Merge, Cerner
Floating Requirements:
Hybrid for vascular cases
Scrub Color/Dress Code:
Provided scrubs, can wear own scrub caps.
