Join Forte Opening Solutions as a Machine Operator II – Mineral Core for the 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday 6:45 PM–2:45 AM). Earn $24.03–$24.37 per hour plus an extra $1.10 per hour for the shift differential.

• Read and interpret written work orders, machining sheets, and templates; perform operations as required to configure doors.
• Notify Shop Supervisor of any discrepancies, defects, or equipment problems.
• Demonstrate competence and knowledge of each machine you have been trained and certified to operate.
• Operate machines safely and efficiently, performing periodic maintenance as needed.
• Complete assignments efficiently to maximize production while maintaining safety.
• Follow all relevant quality control guidelines.
• Notify the Shop Supervisor if arriving late or leaving early.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Notify the Shop Supervisor upon completion of daily work orders; you may then be assigned new tasks or start the next day’s orders.

• Perform work under general supervision.
• Handle moderately complex issues and refer more complex problems to higher‑level staff.
• Possess solid working knowledge of the subject matter.

• Lift 1–30 lb frequently (up to 50 % of an 8‑hour day)
• Lift 30–60 lb regularly (up to 30 % of an 8‑hour day)
• Lift 60‑lb+ occasionally (up to 25 % of an 8‑hour day)
• Push/pull 100 lb with assistance seldom (up to 13 % of an 8‑hour day)
