Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment.
Work as part of a team in a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery or technical degree in related field.
Must be willing to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.
Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Must have own tools.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.
2 to 5 years of practical application experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance functions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESAbility to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
PAY AND BENEFITSSalary range $25.39 - $43.16 depending on experience.
1.5 pay over 8 hours, and over 40 hours.
1.5 pay on Saturday & Sunday.
1.5 pay holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays.

401K Plan with company match
PCA provides paid training during active work hours to help technicians advance through the progressive skill levels and achieve higher pay.
Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.
PCA provides uniforms as well as all necessary PPE.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS- Starting salary for position: $25.39/hour
- Bonus:
Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics. - Paid Vacation: 1 week per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

- Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
- Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
