We are seeking an Experienced Welder to join our dynamic team in Marshfield, WI. If you have a passion for precision and craftsmanship, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high‑quality standards and safety protocols are met.

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior welders as needed.

• Proven experience as a welder with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks effectively.
• MUST PASS A DRUG TEST.
