Pay: $25.11, $1.10 shift differential
2nd Shift: 6pm-6am 2 on 2 off 3 15 days a month with 2 weekends. Time and a half on all non scheduled days requested/volunteered regardless of hours.
General Duties- Operate motorized equipment (I.E forklift, KVAL lifts, etcetera) as needed.
- Read and follow sizing instructions and quality check with tape measure.
- Set up and adjust equipment to sizing specifications, understand drawings, change heads and other tools.
- Miscellaneous duties include basic repairs, routing, tracking, preventative maintenance and station keeping.
- Supports other team members through collaboration and communication.
- Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
- Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to learn.
- Kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day).
- Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day.)
- Push/Pull up to 100lbs with assistance (up to 13% in an 8-hour day.)
- Be comfortable standing in place for extended times.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
