Surface Finishing Technician; Precision Polishing

As a Surface Finishing Technician, you’ll transform raw surfaces into premium, customer-ready finishes while upholding exacting quality standards and safe work practices.

Each day, you’ll move between stations, select the right abrasives, operate polishing equipment with confidence, and verify your results with a critical eye. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates to hit production targets, and you’ll keep your area orderly so the workflow stays smooth and safe.

What You’ll DoPolish and finish a range of materials to reach specified surface quality and appearance.

Examine completed parts for imperfections and confirm they meet internal quality benchmarks.

Use polishing tools and machinery correctly, following all safety procedures.

Keep your workstation clean and well-organized to maintain efficiency and safety.

Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Immediately alert leadership to equipment issues or safety hazards.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; any additional training in polishing/finishing is a plus.

Prior experience in polishing or finishing preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and steady, precise workmanship.

Capability to lift and move heavy materials as necessary.

Clear communicator who thrives in a team-focused environment.

Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.
