Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time 3rd Shift

North Shore at Marshfield is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We are expanding our team and inviting applications for a Registered Nurse position on the 3rd shift.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN provides nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of individual plans of care. Responsibilities include supervising nursing assistants, maintaining a safe environment, and adhering to North Shore policies, the State Nurse Practice Act, and JCAHO standards.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient with nursing equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, medication cart, etc.)
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and volunteers
• English language proficiency
• Basic computer skills; willingness to learn company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Post-acute care experience preferred

Wages: up to $47.50 per hour for weekdays; up to $52.50 per hour for weekends. Flexible scheduling offers 4‑, 8‑, and 12‑hour shifts. NOC shift currently hiring with shift differentials.
