**** JOB SUMMARY
** The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in accordance to the patient/family care plan to collect patient information and provide direct patient care contributing significantly to the achievement of patient and family outcomes. As a member of the direct care team, the CNA is responsible and accountable for complete and accurate collection and recording of data, completion of routine and delegated direct patient care activities and communicating and collaborating with the Registered Nurse to prioritize workload.
** WORK SHIFT
** NOC shift, variable nights to include a weekend and holiday rotation
** JOB QUALIFICATIONS
**** EDUCATION**(For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.)

** EXPERIENCE  Preferred/Optional:
** Experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
** CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
** The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position, which must be maintained in good standing:  
** Minimum

Required:

** Must have or have had a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association within one month of hire.
** Preferred/Optional:
** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
