Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I) works under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the patient/family care plan to collect patient information and provide direct patient care, contributing significantly to the achievement of patient and family outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collect and record patient data accurately.
- Complete routine and delegated direct patient care activities.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Registered Nurse to prioritize workload.

Minimum required – none; preferred – experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). - Certifications/Licenses
:- Minimum age requirement – 16 years old.
- Must have or have had a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire (preferred at time of hire).
