Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Marshfield, Wisconsin

This group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team in the Marshfield, Wisconsin area. This position offers a supportive environment, a variety of cases, and flexible scheduling to promote work‑life balance.

• Work on diverse cases, including regional anesthesia, OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, and primarily outpatient procedures.
• Flexible scheduling with 9-, 10-, and 12‑hour shifts available.
• Great call schedule with post‑call time off for added flexibility and recovery.
• CRNAs work within a supportive care team model, with anesthesiologist supervision approximately 50% of the time.

• Deliver high‑quality anesthesia services to patients undergoing various medical procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and adjust anesthesia as necessary during procedures.
• Provide pre‑operative instructions, explain procedures to patients, and offer emotional support.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of patient care principles, including anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthesia.
