Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This 13-week travel assignment features 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and a start date of 11/09/2026.
Unit handles ortho trauma, vascular, urology, neuro-spine, and OB/gyn oncology cases with a 1:4-6 nurse-to-patient ratio on nights. BLS required;
Cerner charting used; travel pay package includes housing stipends and weekly pay.
