Looking for a career with a growing company? Looking for unlimited earning potential? Join our Applicance Sales Team as a full-time Sales Professional. Our first year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between $40,000 - $60,000. We are looking for talented people that have a desire to learn and start a career in sales. We will train you! This is a commissioned position.
We offer an hourly rate of $20 during our 60 day training program.

- Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation about their wants and needs.
- Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with family and friends.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, care of merchandise, and warranty information to customers.
- Make recommendations and develop working relationships to earn future business.
- Answer questions about financing and payment plans.
- Close the sale and ensure the customer is happy with their purchase.
- Be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process at all times.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

Qualifications and attributes- Previous successful experience in appliance sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required.
- Passion for doing a great job and earning a great living.

- Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program.
- Commitment to helping customers with utmost integrity.
- Computer skills.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
